I drive an 05 STi, bare bone stock besides a catback. Earlier today I went to get my car washed at Delta and while I'm sitting in the HUGE line, I noticed my car start to overheat... It first moved up to the top line of "normal" range, and then proceeded to move higher slowly but never reaching the top. Checked to make sure both fans were working and they were. Opened the radiator cap (not the overflow) to see if there was coolant and there was. Just changed the oil and no coolant seemed to be present. This happens every now and then though, this isn't the first time, just the first time I thought I'd ask for opinions lol During the end of this winter I did notice the heater would only work while the car was moving so I think I have a blocked heater core, not sure if that would be a problem. Had a leakdown test and the worst cylinder (#4) was only 8%. My only thought is maybe the thermostat but then I feel like both fans wouldn'e be running. Maybe I should just flush the system and start new? I was reading about some people's headgaskets or the head studs stretching but I don't feel like that's my issue. Once I hit like 15mph the temp goes back down to the bottom line of the normal temp. I only have the dash temp reading, no aftermarket gauges or anything... Hope this was descriptive enough lol

When I was down in carlisle for the performance and style show I met up with this vendor and.couldn't pass up the deal on these bushings. Here's just a general review of the bushings after 2 days.

Initial impression: Very well put together. Not nearly as solid as kartboy but a nice firm piece. price was the selling point for me.

Install: 1 out of 5 star difficulty on the install. Once you drop the tranny crossmember and undo the one 12mm bolt its a cake walk. You could probably swap the bushing without dropping the crossmember if you had smaller hands than I do. Overall time I took was 25 minutes start to finish. I did it on my lunch break it was so easy.

After install drive: Immediately noticed shifting feels firmer. Gears fall in nice and smooth. The feel is fantastic. Just the 5 miles back to work I fell in love with how it feels. Super satisfied with the product. Totally different feeling from stock

The 5spd bushings are a whopping $18 and the 6spd are $20. That's almost half cobbs price for the 5 speed ones. cannot beat them

They don't yet have them up on their website (www.tothelimitmotorsportz.com) but if your interested you can email them at sales@tothelimitmotorsportz.com and they'll take care of you.

Selling my almost brand new FT1 heart rate monitor. Comes with the chest strap and all needed stuff. Just really didn't need this. The Polar FT1 gets good reviews among budget heart rate monitors that cost less than $100. It may lack some features found on pricier heart rate monitors, such as calorie tracking, fitness tests or customized training plans, but it is a good value. It accurately displays average and maximum heart rates, in addition to manual target zones and a backlit display. A coded chest strap is another plus, because it prevents interference from other users or fitness equipment. 30 bucks and its yours. I got it as a gift but at the store they're like 60 and online 45 so this is pretty cheap. If you're into fitness and stuff then this is nice.
